How to prepare:

1. Add 5–7 dried blue pea flowers to a cup.

2. Pour 200 ml hot water (90–95°C) over the flowers.

3. Steep for 5–7 minutes until the water turns deep blue.

4. Strain and enjoy hot, or chill for an iced version.

Optional: Add lemon to watch the tea change colour from blue to purple, or sweeten lightly with honey.

Storage

Reseal tightly after use. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
