This Return and Refund Policy govern the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted by All Things Matcha. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers can not request for return once the product is sold.
We accept returns only for ceramic items (chawans)
that are damaged or incorrect upon delivery. Claims
must be made within 3 days of receiving the order,
with proof (images) sent to our support team. Due
to the perishable nature of matcha, we do not
accept returns or refunds for opened products.
